Cookies are small files and similar browser storage used to keep Staloom secure, remember choices, and make the service work. Our current product uses essential and functional storage; it does not rely on a targeting-cookie programme.
What we use
Essential session cookies
Used for authentication, account protection, route access, and security. The service cannot operate correctly without these cookies.
Preference storage
Used to remember choices such as search preferences, display settings, onboarding state, and drafts on your device. These values are not a substitute for server-side account permissions.
Operational diagnostics
Where enabled, Staloom may use limited technical identifiers and error events to diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. These are not used to sell your personal information.
What we do not currently use
We do not currently use third-party advertising or targeting cookies to build an advertising profile from your Staloom activity. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide any consent or opt-out controls required by law before enabling those technologies.
Your choices
You can delete or block cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may sign you out or prevent bookings, payments, messaging, and other protected features from working. You can also manage marketing communication preferences in Settings; that choice controls messages and is separate from essential session storage.
